Postal Repair Service (Post your device to us)
If you post your device to us, or send it by courier we process the repair as quick as possible. We recomend sending your device via Royal Mail Special Delivery so that you are insured. If you post your device on a Monday, we will receive on Tuesday and repair and return it the same day. You will have your device back the next day by 1pm limiting the amount of time you are without your device.
What's the process?
1. Find your repair on our website, or fill in the form for a quote for your repair.
2. Package up your phone and post to us including Your Name, Return Address and Contact Details.
3. We will repair your device, contact you for payment. You will be able to pay by card through a payment link, or bank transfer.
4. Receive your repaired device back the next day.
We accept all major debit and credit cards including American Express.
